So… back to Unseen Servant then? Darn. I really prefer Rolz, but I guess my preference has to be a site that actually works.

EDIT - Added my damage in Act II thread and added Mauve's too, since she can't edit posts like all us guys with red shields. I didn't add Aliron's because (a) I forgot his roll and (b) I think he missed anyway.

EDIT - Yay! Rolz is back! I edited posts for nothing, but still… YAAAAAY!

I hope Darin wakes up this round. 9 HP worth of healing should certainly do something. I suppose it depends on hoe one interprets the original "near-death" part. I saw it as around -9 HP, personally, which would get him back to a nice round 0 in this round. Can't be any worse than that, I don't think. He'd probably have died at -10 HP.

I hope 50 or less. Baldhart can die from 60 feet, but can be healed to life after a 50 foot drop eve if max damage (unless several harpy children kick her so she falls more damaged than she currently is).

Yeah. Eep. I'm looking for a mention of the ledge's height, but I don't think there ever was one.

Working on map now. Also, links to Rolz seem to be down. I have all the info except Ravana's damage roll. If I can find it in his comments in the Rules thread, I'll use that to make a determination, otherwise I'll make a new roll.

Leave the climibing to the professionals. Aliron can climb up, hook the grapling hook, and lower it.
Or just drop the contents from the ledge, omelette anyone?

Not sure the young would survive if we tried to take them, but if someone has something to carry them in, we could try, their dead if we leave them, dead if we kill them, so carrying them around and they die, nothing lost. Pretty sure if they are still in egg, we probably couldn't prevent their breakage.

Baldhart is a professional.
Deerstalker. This has a variety of applications and reflects the Barbarian's natural ability to endure harsh environments, forage off the land, find shelter, food, and water, and so on. The Barbarian can also scale climbable cliffs, swim rivers, &c within the discretion of the GM.
No check is needed. If the cliff isn't considered "climbable," I'm assuming Baldy can't even attempt it.

The other thing is Baldy can survive a 3d6 fall… unless she keeps getting shredded by the harpy boss! (15 HP now. I know, I know… not getting sympathy, am I?)

I didn't realize they could climb.
But I think the new arrival plans on beating the rest to the punch.
But if the harpys (Harpies?) see her she might just be the sole target of both if they can get free, and they will probably get a ferousity/frenzy bonus.
Kind of what I was expecting, but I don't think they speak my language.

True… but, canines can't climb. That's why the coyotes behind my house don't feast on turkeys. (Unlike roadrunners, their wings are useless when it comes to painting fake tunnels on cliff walls. But turkeys can gain altitude fast when they have to head for a treetop!)

I have three young daughters, so while I considered that baby harpies should be put down, it also hit me that they look like little girls with wings and bird legs. But the faces… yeah, it would make my character ill to do that. It's hard enough for her to hack at the adult one. This is the first time Baldy ever used a sword with intent to kill someone human-looking, and even worse, being winged women, they remind her of valkyries… even though they're ugly, hostile, probably inherently evil and they reek of feces.

Getting stabbed does help dispel Baldy's feelings of guilt a bit.

This is probably Aliron's first time hacking at a woman faced opponent, maybe its best that a female take care of the babies.

Update probably coming first thing in the A.M. I'm trying to get a writer's collaboration agreement out by email before the night is up. I 'may' get it done in time to post tonight, but I can't promise it. But if not I'll get up a little early and post first thing!
