Love it, LS! Particularly Addison's expression and the font choice, very pretty. (Did you take your wife's name when you married? How's it pronounced?)

....Okay, so that delay was only about half people coming over yesterday, and half Skyrim. Maybe 4/5ths Skyrim.

My wife gave me a Chinese name on July 3, 2005. Ten days later, I asked her to marry me. (I figured if she named me, she wanted to keep me. I named a stray cat when I decided to keep her.)

Lik Hang (Lik Hung) in Cantonese… um… the light gray "k" means you barely pronounce it.
Li Xing (Lee Sheen) in Mandarin

The first character means "strength" and the second means "to do" or "to act" (or "to walk").
Meaning of the combined characters = "one who puts his dreams into action"

Er, I'm a little confused... I think Bendalitz only gave the guy one wound, on his wrist, and in my last post Farrun grabbed him and stopped the bleeding with his healing skillz. Or did I miss a post in the fray somewhere?

Now I'm confused too, dangit.

It made sense to me that Addison would still point him out as bleeding because it wouldn't be clear that Farrun had healed him up (mostly), but I think if he were to get looked at it would seem strangely less alarming than it should.

(I suppose none of them know that Farrun can heal except Bendalitz? I don't imagine it would be the most talked-of among the dragonrider's skill set)

Rikhard knows, since Farrun mentioned it to him while they were in the armoury.

Addison has no idea Farrun can heal, and she was mostly paying attention to the barmaid (whistles innocently) and the innkeeper saying look out for the MEN. She had time to take in her surroundings while in the lightning trap, so she noticed the bleeder before the fight was stopped, and actually was concerned someone would get killed.

Heyyyy guys, I'm still here (and still sorry!) The combination of trying to finish my diversity challenge entry and starting up Camp NaNo has left me scrambling for writing time. I hope it's okay that Winds is taking a bit of a break--I'll definitely be back in here this Sunday.

Ah, is everybody busy with other stuff, or do we just need a good scene change? Camping on the moon moor and some ghost/gytrash shenanigans? Stories around the campfire... and s'mores, of course.

Maybe a bit of both? I think the diversity challenge slowed us all down, though I'm also caught up in things offline. I just had Addy answer Farrun straight, and was debating whether to have her blather on when I saw no other replies over the past three days.

I think a scene change might be a good way to jump back in. The bar fight was a lot of fun, but I suppose we could wrap up the whole inn scene and move forward.

If it's up tonight, I'll likely respond tomorrow. It's Game of Thrones night! I usually catch the 11:00, but HBO will probably have a 10:00 show for the season premiere.
