To all: Speaking of which I was hoping to see the priest at the temple of Tyr, I didn't see anyone there when I arrived. When will they be back?

Hopefully never, we would hate to be forced to fight an undead. Would it count as murder if he was killed again?

Shame Liadan doesn't know the spell "Turn Undead"... not that I know what it does anyway. Does it make them dead again or something?

Also, Steerpike, shall I start Cadell's latest trek in the side thread or in PMs to you? Ankari and Mauve are on the move, so I'm not sure he'll run into either of them at all.

I think it makes them flee, most Turn Undead do.

P.S.: When posting on the main thread can someone remind sensei that this and other topics related to DE exist? I think he's focusing only on the Act III and missed the requests to describe his character, etc.

Does Cadell have a shield?
Having a knight on the field of battle will modify the archers shots. The militia archers will probably need all the help they can get.
Doesn't Cadell have a +1 Chr modifier?
If Cadell can stay on the field out of crossbow range or keeping the horse moving quickly he shouldn't be an easy target.

Oh, I thought it was an ongoing inspriation, but its only good for 1 rd per level. So Cadell will have to decide is it better for the archers or for the foot militia.

"Cadell! Remember, trot on the dock side!"(or down the road.)

Will catch up around noon or so today. Found out yesterday afternoon that I have to be on the phone with the DOJ and FDA on behalf of a client just a few hours from now. So last night was a bust.

Anyone want to pay me to be a gentleman of leisure?

Yes.

Cadell isn't properly a knight anymore, as he has said numerous times. Unless Steerpike decides otherwise ((btw, Steer, please check your PMs when you get the chance. We have things to discuss before the fight!)), Cadell can no longer inspire people like that. All he can do is Exalt, which sadly has no effect on attack rolls. Which is a real shame, in my opinion, but that's for the GM to decide.

Doesn't Cadell have a +1 Chr modifier?

Yes, but see above.

Heeheehee. I love Ladyhawke.

Posted with Cadell in Side Treks, just in case he runs into Mauve and Ankari. Though I'm not so sure he will, considering he got a really nice roll for Move Silently. :D

So, will he simply ignore them if he hears them? Tsc tsc.

Probably. He's washed his hands of Ankari, or so it appears. Plus he doesn't want them to stop him going to the gnolls again, so why would be bring himself to their attention?

EDIT: y'know, if that roll applies to Llucheden rather than Cadell for stealth, it still succeeds. Animals add 2 to all rolls (or maybe just primes, I can't recall), and physical ones (STR, DEX, CON) are prime. So it'd be a 16, not a 17, and still good. :D

Wait, I thought Batos was giving the letter to Ghendra, not Ankari?
And I suppose that means Cadell thinks that.

Baldy didn't lie to him, though. The letter has a message for Ankari to pass to Ghendra. It would be funny if Ghendra ended up with the letter, since it's written on the back of her diagram whick clearly displays a winged lady (who Ghendra might recognize as 'Sinda').
