Ok, Ankari and Mauve are headed back to Arendal. I'd like to go ahead and let them arrive in the main thread and let all of the players do what they're going to do RP-wise, and then take a stab at moving the action ahead by tomorrow morning at the latest.
I'd say Liadan and Cadell have been in their room maybe a couple of hours by this point.

(She was out ~dusk, so she can be back close to midnight, and since she was out there was the murder, Mauve's arrest, meeting back at the Spear, Baldhart running out to get Hrolfr and Gisla, Cadell overhearing the plan and making a one-hour round trip and now two more hours have passed!)

Yeah, I suppose the boat will be gone by the time they get there. Aliron will make it to Arendal before the boat leaves, however, so he should have showed up there before you pushed off.
@SP, Ankari posted as if he sees Baldy at the docks.
So, I'll hold out on doing anything at all until you make the official call as to where Baldy and the boats are.
EDIT - I did read the above post. I'm not sure if there's a hint there that Aliron would say something to get Baldhart to forget about her boat trip, or if that just means Aliron is on the boat and we're halfway to the destination.

I was actually loading my equipment into my char sheets on Unseen,
I started reading class abilities again.
"Inspire. The presence of a Knight on the field of battle can alter the mood of armies and change the tide of combat. Any person friendly to the Knight gains a to-hit bonus equal to the Knights CHA modifier."
Does SP automatically add this to each roll or should we be adding it when Cadell is in the fight with us? (I believe I saw Cadell has a +1 chr modifier. Mathew would have added too, but not sure if they combine, or if he even had a modifier.)

Matthew had a CHA of 9 (modifier of 0), as I recall, so Inspire didn't work with him.

I was thinking he didn't have a modifier. He listed Chr as ave.
Before the fight occurs, did Cadell get the bow back from Bressel or does he still have it?
Just noticed, Bressel and Aliron need close to the same amount to level. Roughly 2500 ep.

I think Bressel still has it. Cadell hasn't had the chance to get it back yet.

With the knight/night modifier for Aliron, bow shot is +9. (dex(3)+lvl(1)+elf(1)+deity(2)+Bow(1)+knight(1)
Backstab with scimitar would be +8 (back stab (4)+lvl(1)+elf(1)+magic(1)+knight(1)
Bressel and Aliron need the same exp. but Aliron will be 4th and Bressel will be 2nd.

OK, guys, we need to get moving. A brief summary of where things stand:
1. Baldhart, Keitsumah, Bressel, and Aldar are at sea in the boat; Aliron can be on the boat if he chooses - he would have made it to town in time to board.
2. Ankari and Mauve arrive back at the village after the boat is gone. It is a dark night, so the chances of spotting the boat are slim.
3. Cadell and Liadan are in their room at the Maiden's Spear.
4. From what the gnolls have said, nothing will happen on their part until dawn (some people know this and some do not).
Question: assuming the gnolls do not show up for the meeting proposed by Baldhart, are there any objections to moving ahead into the morning, or are there other actions you guys want to take while it is still dark outside?
