Bressel and Zateal have axes. Aliron is the only one using a sword...two now.

I think just in this thread. In game, I think Bressel only referred to a sword when he borrowed Baldy's scimitar.

He'll want his axe… well… depending how things turn out west of Arendal. And that depends, to some extent, on how things turn out north of Arendal!

I have two guesses, both of which I'm keeping to myself.

Nihal knows the first: it's the scenario I said I fear most. True at the time I said it, but now it's the scenario I fear second-most. My second guess is the scenario I fear most.

EDIT - That they're north means a third possibility: they went after the children. But that one can't be possible, since Sir Matthew is there to protect them.

I think this is one of those lawful good vs. chaotic good scenarios. It's the right thing according to knightly codes and followers of Tyr, but dead wrong to followers of Brynhild and Freya. (Gisla has mixed feelings as a Brynhild follower that accepts Tyr's way. If not for having seen Nissa, I wonder if she'd have tried to talk Baldhart into a more 'honorable' way.)

The Entangle spell should work quite well, actually. (At least if the gnolls burn.) I hope Ankari and Mauve are in good shape (and not ropes) if a battle happens.
