Hey, hey calm down. =P

It's a play-by-post, you have to give people time so they can play too. E.g.: Each battle turn takes 24h, so all the players have the time to act.

I'm a bit confused. Where'd Mr. McAlmond come from? How is this going to affect the plans we already have/had in place?

I'm a bit confused too, hah. I believe he was on the road on the way to Srilkind, having missed the smoke on the sky. So far he wasn't mentioned in any plan, but the default would be have him joining your characters on the boats part.

Swimming dragons? RUN! <o>

(Pssst, Cadell will have no fish-Mauve to save him from drowning this time...)

I saw it; it just was unfortunately timed enough to interrupt a character conversation. ^^; Sorry 'bout that.

No problem. You don't have to react to it, though any of the elves can see what is going on. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't missed.

You can always interrupt the conversation if you wish. Our world isn't so kind that it waits our conversations to finish before stuff happens, unfortunately. xD

Someone correct me if I'm wrong…

@SP, short version: I think we do this:

1. Go as far west (right) as possible to ideally avoid sentries.
2. Barbarians get boats. Little first, then big.
(Blue = Baldy to boat, red = 'Irosh' Barbarian toward boats. Yellow = Boats being towed or rowed.)
3. Boats to Crow
4. Alin climbs tavern; ties rope to chimney.
5. Baldy peeks in window.
6. Nissa makes Santa Clause entrance. Except she's a naked woman and the only drink the kid can leave her is booze.
(The Norse version of Santa Clause sure is different!)
7. Mauve is somewhere east (left), seaside/cliffside.
(@Nihal, where exactly?)

Mauve will be at the left edge of this picture to be able to get a clear sight of the patrollers and pick the best one to whisper, which would be the bottom left dog.

Would the pick up point be north and west of town at ocean? Do we know if there is cliffs or some place at sea level to pick you up? Aliron can climb up and drop a rope for her(since you gave up your rope.), then remove the rope and climb down.

The old "if everything goes wrong" spot would be at the least a mile to the west. Otherwise she'll join the others at the Hooded Crow. Hear Baldhart's words concerning the best climber... >D

just saying about Betula -keit's just assuming that and there will be no divine intervention on my part unless Steer does something. Ardoway likewise cannot do anything, he's just a ghost.
