I'm a bit confused too, hah. I believe he was on the road on the way to Srilkind, having missed the smoke on the sky. So far he wasn't mentioned in any plan, but the default would be have him joining your characters on the boats part.

its dark hes human and not paying alot of attention.

Bressel got shuffled into the plan, finally got his part with Baldy getting the boats.

ew. He has no weapon other then the axe, he can't swim with it. Might need to get a small weapon just in case.

Baldy's cutlass - she'll lend it to a fellow barbarian.

She's keeping her main sword. Precedent - she skinny-dipped with her sword for a very long distance! She'll gloat if the new barb brings up the axe vs. sword thing again.

It is day time. That's how Aliron was able to see what was going on in Srilkind from where the party stood. If you want to wait for cover of darkness, you can, but something appears to be happening in town (although only Aliron knows about it at this point).

If the group waits for dark, is someone going to stay in position to observe the town until that time? From the positions you want to adopt prior to moving in, you won't be able to see much if anything of what is happening within the town itself.

woudl be handy but i don't plan on having keit follow Betula. She's more of a nature/peace type given the option.

Steer are there any gods/goddesses that have those traits?

Speaking of sneaking, I almost rolled something to have Mauve sneaking away from them. It would be a delightful sight, a mage trying to get away from elves unnoticed.

Yeah, that backpack's likely to get pretty trampled in the fight, however it plays out. I dunno if whatever's in there will be worth salvaging in the end.

Speaking of sneaking, I almost rolled something to have Mauve sneaking away from them. It would be a delightful sight, a mage trying to get away from elves unnoticed.

I think Baldy would use the same strategy I use when my three-year-old hides behind a tree while I'm already looking at her.

HAHhaha! Hey, Mauve is a recycled character—she was a warlock. Once a similar situation happened, she got pissed off at the others debating and I got her sneaking away successfully. >D
