Baldy and Mauve are talking. Not 100% stalled.

Oh… but if you need something to do as GM, other than kill us, here's something: did Branwen do #1 or #2? Not knowing is a game-breaker. What if she craps in the boat? The Gnolls will smell THAT, and through no fault of my own, I failed to plan for the possibility.

Probably both, at the rate she eats.

I don't mind if the party continues to plan and discuss, so long as everyone else is happy with it. The only reason I give much thought to pace is just to make sure people stay interested.

Oh… "Branwen! Change of plans! Hold it in!"

On a more serious note, from what SP said, yeah—I'd like to end planning and move forward. I'm guessing when Mauve replies to Baldy, we go back.

I am ready to put our plan in motion but would like to get the ranger in on the action too.

We might have to put him in stealth mode, let him pick up where ever he wants. Assume for once, he actually follows the groups plan.

Little conspiration done. Baldhart is free to go sma—put her plan in action. I'm still not 100% sure about what Mauve will attempt, I need those answers. ^^'

Was Algernon a barb? Just change the hair color to red, maybe add a flask or a bow and arrow symbol?
His hair is red! Nah… but I'll get new art up. SP can use Algy's face as a placeholder until I do. The background for Algy was pink and yellow for his L-O-V-E and D-U-C-K tattoos.

I assume Nihal's waiting on description of terrain so she can give her plan. Then we're ready to move, and with an extra barbarian at that.

Ah, sorry. My description might not have been clear. The area of the town itself is flat. So is about one hundred yards of it to the north and east. The the west it goes downhill to the docks, and to the south of course is the water. There are no hills or elevated areas within or immediately around the town.

Come to think of it, I have a question.

Can Nissa carry Calexa's sword in one hand, or does she need both hands to swing it? (Not sure what the rule is for halflings' weapons.)

EDIT - For the record, if she's flying off on her own, I'll give her the harpy's dagger since I don't care if that gets lost. If she's to lead lone sentries to our group, then I'd give her the +1 weapon so she can also fight.

Feline Overlord, the east the shoreline is at sea level or the cliff is long enough to touch the forest?

No hills, so, plan #3. Is there wind? Which direction?

Calexa's sword is too big for Nissa to use one-handed.

Shoreline to the east is all cliffs. There are places where the trees extend all the way to the shore line, but at their closest they are 100 yards or so east of the village. Wind is coming in off the ocean, so it is from the south to the north.
