Somehow, ^this was my thought.

By the way... Aaaaaah! Why do you always talk about training, dying with honor and fighting to Burnbright only when Mauve enters her alienated mode? She wanted to scold you all so badly, but she would act too moody - if it's even possible to be more moody! - if she jumped in the conversation now.

Baldhart's timing doesn't completely suck, then! But what else is there to talk about? The seven sacraments of her newfound religion are:

  1. Fight untrained
  2. Then train
  3. Then fight
  4. Don't die
  5. Then die
  6. Then become a valkyrie and watch everybody die
    and
  7. Don't forget 'chaotic good' is chaotic

Oh yeah... I forgot to tell Burnbright #7! Next time, I'll RP teaching her how to put her entire body through a closed door.

Steerpike, does Matthew get the experience for fighting the lizards? I think the answer is 'no' but I'm not sure.

Dices is not a word. Dice is already plural, so you don't add an 's'. The singular form of dice is die.

"Dices" is what it has in its pocketses. ;)

If Gollum had been an RPGer, Bilbo never would've stood a chance. As it was, the hobbit tossed a d20 in the pitch blackness, no one could see the result, he lied about making his save… and we get a sequel trilogy. Just as well, I suppose. Gollum woulda made a lousy GM.

[It's also 3PER SG for "to dice," but I'm sure everyone realized you knew that.]

That awkward moment when you take the abbreviation too literally... *flies away*

But yeah, that's true, he's level 2 now. Enjoy your to-hit and new HP! xD

Speaking of vegetables and songs. Unless Steerpike posts soon, I'll have to make an adapation of the veggietales song 'Oh where is my hairbrush' replacing it with 'Oh where is my feline overlord' and that would be brutal to the tune, and the rest of the song would make little sense. So please post Steerpike, spare us the madness.

Hey guys - I posted a little. I'll follow up with more info and/or PMs as needed. Going to bed now, though. It's been a long week and I can't stay awake much longer. I'll be able to post better tomorrow after some rest :)

I have a chance of understanding the book, Decipher script it is an "Int" based roll, not my best but not my worst either.
I am not with the book currently but when I return I could try. (My Chr is lower then the rest, because I wanted an average INT since thats also what traps roll is based on.)

Once the downstairs stuff is done, you can just be at the temple having rested. (Steerpike says rest, I rest! That's a lot of HP without having to heal!) When we're all on the same timeline, we should just start in the same place (my opinion) so our wounds are somewhat or fully healed. Baldhart will hand the book to anyone who thinks s/he can read it. Baldy can't, so she has no interest in the book. She does like the pouch as a purse, but she'll give that up as well.

I'm not sure what to do with Steerpike's bit about Cadell and Darin... Cadell's already at the temple. :/
