Valar LordI agree with this.@Nihal:
There are definitely times we want to keep things secret, so I think what I'll do with the Side Treks is as above - if I decide it needs to be secret or the player prefers it, we'll keep it secret. We could even use email if people don't like PMs (I've done that already a little bit).
So for what Mauve is doing now, do you prefer that's kept secret from the others?
EDIT: If either person wants it to be secret, then it's secret. Anyone involved has a veto over making it public![]()
Good point, I thought it was long bow. will have to correct unseen servant.Quick note for SeverinR: The bow Bressel's borrowing from Cadell is a composite shortbow with 1d6 damage, not a 1d8 longbow.
Oh, I agree, Aliron has his secrets. Definately easier to hide them when not on public display. Although if you look at my character updates you can see evidence of his secrets.Well, I agree that it was a little troublesome since non-staff members also have a limit on how many people they can PM at the same time. I had to send the same PM twice and I've learnt to periodically download my PMs and clear my inbox, heh.
What bothers me is that what happens in these situations should not be available to the other players read; it makes harder to lie and distort the facts and sometimes keep the other characters from attempting to know what happened because they magically know.
