I'd say more of a spokes woman rather then leader. When able we discuss our actions to death and then reluctantly move in one direction.

Baldhart:"We need to do this, this, then that. Okay, lets go"
Ankari runs off in a totally different direction, Aliron disappears, Bressel stands ready, Mauve, the combat mage runs off, never to be heard from again, The rest of the party looks at each other and charge into battle.
Baldhart: "Or we could just do that, I'm glad I thought of this."

Wait, Ankari and Mauve disappeared nearly the same time...either they killed each other or they finally accepted their star crossed love and ran off together.

Should I make the following post because I am not sure if it would be a good idea to talk about it in front of the inquisitor:

Zoran then he knew had to speak so he said, "I must agree with Baldhart I have know personally evil done by the inquisition they murdered my parents I was young, they didn't kill me, though luckily in fact they trained me to fight for their cause, and I once believed in it, but then I found out that even those who believe they are doing good isn't always right, and that those who I once called friends killed those who used magic without knowing thetruth behind the person's reason for using it."
"And for this reason I abandoned all the inquisition stood for, took a knife to my wolf tattoo making a scar in the middle of it, saying that he pulled his shirt's collar to show a scar on his right arm with the remnants of a wolf was still visible though and continued speaking, "and I have set out to find and hopefully cure this Taint on magic, and halt the inquisition's unjustified killing of anyone who uses magic, for most of the people who use magic want to help people and do not wish to do people harm. I do wish to state now that if I had found any evil in you, I wouldn't have killed you when I found out I would have given you a chance to explain, then if and only if you had no reason for your evil doing do you harm. I also wish to state that I see you as a wise man so I hope you don't take this explanation and refuse to help my friends but I has to state my mind."

I think it's fine. The party knows little about you, you distrust this man because of his relationship with the inquisition.
Seems to fit perfectly.

Really, think of your character and decide how he would react to any situation. Sometimes people help the situation, sometimes it makes it worse. That is life.

Remember our actions are the characters decision, staying true to character is really important here. It gets easier the more you know about them (your character). You established the background and the basics of the character when you created it, but living it out will set the character more real.

I don't see anything that would make the situation worse, so it is a good post.

So Baldhart doesn't even blink an eye at the mention of Zoran once being part of the inquisition or his parents being murdered by them? Not even a sorrowful glance? Just wondering.

I picture Baldhart being in "diplomatic mode" when she talks to him, careful not to let her emotions get the better of her. She's not nearly as good at keeping a poker face as Nissa, so Baldhart might have reacted visibly to Zoran's words. But I didn't feel the need to post that, since that post took place after Brecht had already responded to Zoran.

The kobolds looted a chest (or drawer) of gold, then Baldhart convinced Tarlack to give the gold to us since kobolds have no use for it. They gave her the whole thing, but I never knew the amount. It seemed to be considerably more than what we looted off the bodies.

Update later today. And I'll include a post with the gold found in the drawers of the stone altar. I was looking back at my notes for a chest and going "man, did I miss a chest??"
