I usually draw one, but I'm making final exams now. Hey! Wait! I know! "Gee, Zoran, you look a lot like Hall and-or Roderick! Are you related to one and-or both of them?" (Those are avatars I drew, but the players aren't around anymore.)

Do the inquisition have any marks, tattoos, symbols, etc.?
100' from back row to center of room, but you could hit her from the front row no matter what side of the room you're on.

There's not a lot known about them in the north. I just send a PM about your backstory. If you want to go with an Inquisition background, let me know. They're based out of Mittelstadt, in the southern lands, and you could be from there or any major southern location. Their main purpose is to root out and stamp out magic, which is viewed as evil.
@SP, Baldhart asked Masama to come with her. Did he decide not to, or was that just overlooked?

@LS sorry, I missed that. I thought she was going off alone and Zoran decided to follow. I'll edit to show Masama is with her.
She was asking for all monks/archers/shooters to be on that side, actually, but only Philster posted.

OK, he's with her now. We won't assume other characters are unless people post and say they're going there, so right now it is Baldhart, Masama, Zoran, and the littlest kobold (which would make a good name for a children's book).

I think Baltos(and rider) would be best to attack the suprised drow, since he is next to the other kobolds. Get the leader to show the kobolds they should attack, and he is in their path.

for arrow shots, Daytime or nighttime?
I want to make sure I know what's going on before I post…
I'm under the assumption that:
1) Nissa entered the room (south) and moved when Aliron did. That was posted in the same post that Baldhart started running, and just after the post that Alin entered the south door. She moved slower, but I assume she would have reached her destination at the same time since she didn't walk as far as Alin. She's not on the map.
2) Regardless of whether Nissa or Aliron makes the signal, I'd want Baldhart to be in position so she can reach her target. (And yes, if Baldhart is in position, Nissa will let out the yell because she's expecting Alin to fire at that point. She's watching the door where Baldhart enters, and, assuming she was in the room as long as Alin was, she's had time to see the heart is almost eaten and too much hesitation means the lady changes position.)
3) It looks like Severin's post is a readied action based on Nissa doing something, and Ireth's is based on Aliron doing something… which means nothing happened yet? (Long work day, so I'm in an easily-confused state now.)
What I'm not sure of: Are we already at our desired destinations (which would explain why people are posting attacks), but only Aliron is displayed on the map, or are we getting 6 more seconds to move and observe the enemy (which is why I only posted moving ten feet from the door)?

I rolled (last night when I couldn't get onto MS, figuring no matter what Baldhart will charge/stun somebody)—and I got a natural 20 with Baldhart's charge!—so I want to make sure it's time to post that rather than waste my turn running from 75-80 feet then getting blasted by a spell 5-10 feet short of my target.
Getting my ass kicked, even with a good roll, would be silly if it's my character (Nissa) who starts the fight prematurely. So I'm taking Severin and Ireth's posts as readied actions.

If Baldhart's in charge range and Nissa's on the balcony—even if everyone else south-side is in the doorway due to the surprise drow—I'll post the Nissa/Baldy attacks.

Scratch that—I just re-read SP's post carefully and noticed what the lady is doing. Yes, Nissa would start the attack because the ritual being finished is very, very bad!

I'm clueless about what is happening at all that is why I haven't posted what do I need to get ready to-do/ actually do.

I logged into Rolz to help Philster. With Baldhart as his witness, Zoran double-rolled but the 17 was first, so the 17 counts and the 9 does not!
