With the flexible timeline, I'm not sure how much head start Mauve has, but I rolled WIS (prime) for Nissa before realizing Mauve handed off the band-aids then darted after the lizard.

I think it still works, as it makes sense Nissa would prioritize the wounded. I don't see a servant of the battle-goddess not backing Mauve up though, even though the enemy is weak. I think with the ability to move quickly in flight, she'd feel she's shirking her responsibility to let Mauve handle the chase alone.

Hey guys - for the main thread, lets assume Ankari came out initially, since that's what I posted and there were other posts in reaction to it. The darkness is still up, and if Ankari wants to go back into the room to try to parley he can, but he will also be aware of the conversation about setting some kind of trap.

Branwen, meanwhile, falls into step beside Aliron, and instead of walking hops along side him in big leaps, giggling to herself whenever her feet land with a crack on the icy ground.

Ok, it was tough for Aliron to dress up like Bressel, but truly amazing that Bressel can dress up like Aliron.

I motion toward Bressel. He's not as scary looking as Mauve, but he's huge.

It was nice of her to not mention it aloud, this one would have surprised the mage. ._.

I think Bressel is a jolly gentle giant type. Monsters may not consider it jolly when he laughs at their demise and they've never seen his gentle side, but Nissa has, and she heard him sing. I think Mauve's yellow eye would make her genuinely scarier looking than any of the giant barbarians and monks in the party.

Nissa doesn't consider herself scary looking at all, but I think she's actually got Baldhart beat in the intimidation department. She freaked out her share of enemies, and I don't think anyone's scared as nearly many villagers as Nissa, especially when she was flying naked, drenched in human blood.

Liadan & Biorn are in IV with Ankari, Aliron and Masama.
Cadell is in Side Trek with Mauve, Bressel, Kietsumah, Batos, Burnbright, Branwen, Dalla, Nissa and Skivver.
(Baldhart is running from IV to Side Trek.)

It would seem that the advance group is small, but 2 of 3 can hide if need be, and are good with bows. The third is very good with his hands.

Y'know, Steerpike... the whole point of fantasy is to escape, but apparently there is no fantasy world where I can escape piggy-back hair-pulls. I swear I hear tearing sounds when I give Hannah rides. I fear Baldhart and I will soon share a nickname.

Bressel is playing intimidation in high gear. twisting the battle so that Branwen attacked a lizard to eat it, and Burnbright tossed her weapons aside to slap the lizards.
He loves a good tale, a little truth and alot of exageration makes for a good tale.
he should have been a herald.

Aliron is just being his lovable self. ( I wonder what Mauve would say about Aliron's comparing her to Ankari?)

Psst, Mauve has no robes. A cloak, but no robes besides Calexa's, and these she didn't dare to use yet. Maybe later, when the time is appropriate.
