Severin, Yes Wizards use 1d4 for damage rolls, Ok, fair enough I actually forgot all about the damage roll.
If the spell fails then you have to cast a runaway magic spell and if that fails I think its a corrupt check is then needed, however I am not sure.

Ok I will re-roll for damage now . cheers mate

Btw just about the crypto locker virus is a copy of an old virus that went around years ago, It encrypted your files with a 128 bit RSA key, which even now couldn’t be decrypted without 15 million computers roughly.

At defcon, they did a thing about it at some point I think it was called "the history of viruses" it's on youtube I just checked.
But yeah, It is without a doubt either a copycat or the original guy, however I heard somewhere the guy got caught, I dont know though.

Nihal beat me to it.

I going to say that, then add that SP will likely adjust the damage to a 5, since you did roll a natural 4--you just goofed up the bonus. Only strength-based attacks add the attribute modifier to damage.

no problem, didn't see anyone remind the new people, so I did. Hall would need it too, when he attacks.
(If he and Baldhart can stay awake...What were they doing before we arrived?)

Update will be coming today. Had to take care of some stuff early this morning, so I'm a bit delayed.

Excellent thank SP cant wait.

@Baldhart and Severin, Thanks for the advice, yeah I see now I goofed up the bonus, No worries if he does adjust the damage to a 5, I have it now so no worries I shouldn’t mess it up again.

Thanks though for letting me know.

I think we're awake. I also THINK Hall's attack is...

1d20+1+1+1 (Bonuses = STR, base to-hit, specialization: longsword)
1d8+1+1 (Bonuses = STR, specialization: longsword)

Thanks LS! Ireth and I both had several (and that's putting it lightly) conversations about that and I do have an excel sheet with all the figures and such for attacks. I just didn't think putting them on that character thread Nihal mentioned a few days ago.

No problem... I'm assuming you chose longsword for the weapon specialization. (Unless you can choose "sword" and get the +1 with any sword.)

Hmm...I didn't think to make it any sword, ah well. I'll deal with that later. Anywho, yeah Hall specializes in longsword (you can have the pun if you want).

She doesn't want a bastard. That's why she hit me when I talked about her preferred sword as if I was really talking about—

(Baldhart hits LS even harder.)

Working on map now. I got home at 9:30 and passed out for the evening. This recent work load has turned me into my dad. I was actually up at 4:30 this morning, without an alarm :D
