Dang, I forgot to have Cadell say that Baldy's not permitted to take Llucheden to the gnolls, since the horse is tired too, and probably frightened of them. Is it too late to edit that into my last or second-last post?

She has that Deerstalker ability, right? Can't she track a horse the same way she'd track a deer?

Also, Llucheden is, and always has been, a mare. XD

Deerstalker seems to have nothing at all to do with tracking ability.

Deerstalker. This has a variety of applications and reflects the Barbarian's natural ability to endure harsh environments, forage off the land, find shelter, food, and water, and so on. The Barbarian can also scale climbable cliffs, swim rivers, &c within the discretion of the GM.

It makes her a great athlete and berry-picker, and probably makes her the last member of the party who should be wearing the anti-cold ring. But I don't know how she ever stalked a deer. Or killed it:

Brynhild (Goddes of Battle)

Brynhild is a valkyrie depicted on a winged horse above a battlefield. Her province encompasses the recovery of heroes as they breathe their last breath, so that they may be taken to Asgard. Her symbols are a winged horse and a lance. Her worshippers are female. She is considered Chaotic Good.

For the devout:

• Ceremony: When a worshipper prepares to undertake battle, she makes a sacrifice to Brynhild.
• Taboo: Worshippers may not use ranged weapons.
• Boon: Worshippers receive a +2 to attacks from horseback.

I just noticed that I had Cadell suddenly grow his hand back when he was in bed with Liadan. ^^; His hands can't shake if he only has one, and he isn't wearing his gauntlet either. Whoopsie!

lol realized that ^^' (the writing bug got me). could you delete that last bit then? bah i hate it when i can't go back to edit. on writing forums your editing time is unlimited- it ends up saving me a lot because i keep making epic battle scenes and then the other players go all party-pooper on me because my char isn't supposed to be quite that strong.
