I have a completely random question or two that may or may not have any actual bearing on the plot, but would still be good to have an answer to (even if we have to make it up ourselves). According to Class Acts, Valkyries are the reborn spirits of fallen Shieldmaidens, and are devoted to the Maiden. If Diana were to die at some point in the game, could she come back as a Valkyrie so I could still play her? Related to that, would she become a Valkyrie even though she follows the Father and Mother instead of the Maiden?

If I roll really well on a lightning song...it says it stuns enemies. Does it also stun allies if they are within the radius?

I'm going to have some infallible spells that have limited use. Mariya is the first to have one, which is why I added a ♪ next to her health. When she uses the spell, the note turns gray. When it's black, it's back.

Is that just for pixie-types, or will Vincent gain his own in time? (Then again, I suppose some of his spells are infallible anyway... at least the ones I don't have to roll for. *shrug*) On the other hand, I would like to see if he could blend music and magic in his own way. Maybe Mariya could help him.
We'd need a male version of the range list for spell effectiveness though... bass, baritone, tenor and falsetto, maybe?- Thread starter

Yeah, Vincent can learn some of those techniques as well.
Those toads with the glowing eyes reminded me of this.
Can yours hypnotize their opponents? It would be cool if they did.

Here comes the hypnotoad attack: whatever he rolls, that's how many minutes you need to watch the video. If he rolls a 10, you have to put it on infinite loop until you punch your computer screen.

I know I said I'd update M-W-F, but are you guys up for a GM post today?
I don't want to appear like I'm rushing you... it's just that everyone posted within 12 hours and the math is easy enough that I already know the result of your attacks at a glance. I'm tempted to write it now, but... you'll want the visual. I don't want to narrate the stuff you can judge with your eyes. (Like the blood spattering over the invisible frogs, for example, wasn't narrated.)
PS - Did anyone notice that Diana and Shan Mai were attacked by the frogs that were covered in blood? They won't be left standing for long the way you guys are rolling, so I thought I'd mention that now.

I figured Shan Mai was attacked because of the mess he made.
Shan Mai channels Erkle...."Did I do that?"
The first two up are the worst injured but we are Samurai, pain inspires not discourages.
Shan Mai is worse injured in one round then all the rounds previous together.

Yeah... that was an insane roll. Fortunately, the 20s hit Fenella (who still has more HP than anyone else would at full health) and Vincent (who still had the green shield). Unfortunately, the 19s all hit samurai.
The enemy had good luck with the dice, but so did you. Mariya too, as she's the only one who could benefit from a 1. Too risky for Vincent to charge a spell with two enemies on him, so drawing Shan Mai's cleaver was a good move!
Good use of skills and items... and there are still two Christmas Bonuses left.
For new players, I plan on giving stuff for your characters on certain holidays. I'll go with holidays I know, which are either American or Chinese.
