Here's an announcement in regards to some of our RPGs we have going here at Mythic Scribes. The Endless Hunt will be leaving the Machiavel world (with Ravana's blessing). In this regard, the world will be opened up to delve into the past of another world: Second Hand. This will have a more "standard fantasy" feel in that the apocalypse that has wrecked the world has not yet happened.
The Endless Hunt, a forum based game, has now merged with Second Hand, a chat based game. I will be running The Endless Hunt, Season 4 in the coming months, so if you'd like to participate in the forum-only game (Endless Hunt), the chat-based game (Second Hand) or both please post here or send me a PM if you're interested.
I will be posting updated rules to the Endless Hunt game, so look out for them soon.
You can use your Endless Hunt characters (if you played previously) or your Second Hand characters in both games if you so choose, or you can create a new character for either.
The Endless Hunt will be run more like a "Choose Your Own Adventure" type game, where your choices will determine the outcome of the story. You in effect "help" write the story of the game and how it unfolds.
Second Hand is more of a chat-based game, so it's designed to be played in real time. It's recommended that you make a new character for each game so your stories don't overlap, but Endless Hunt will be taking place in the past, while Second Hand is happening in the present, so it's possible to have the same character in both.
