Religion and Deities:
Unprovable. No deities raining down brimstone on a wicked city (though a nearby volcanic eruption might be the instrument of a god's wrath – who can say?). Chances are that many, many different religions will sprout up in the course of the project, as will many different deities. No matter what you intend as the ultimate truth behind these religions and gods, their nature in the Archipelago will remain as it is in our own world: unknown and unknowable.

Unsure whether this is right spot, but you can move it if need be, we can create deities but these may be different depending on the islands?like names and etc, or would you prefer not to have something like that?

Yep, you can create deities for your island. Past, present, etc. You just can't claim that they are the true gods of the Archipelago whereas the gods created by other writers are fake/false/nonexistent. The islander who worship these deities can do that, though! (and given the nature of religion, one would expect them too!)

For the moment we're world building.

That being said, there should be plenty of story-related things to come in the future, contests and the like. So get involved, everyone!

I can't access the Rules thread, it keeps giving me an error. :(

That should be fixed for you now.

This project hasn't seen activity in quite a while, but hopefully you'll find something here to spark your imagination.

It's been so long since anyone has written anything here I say that it all falls under "fair use". In other words, have at it.

Pretty much as Reaver said. The project is in what we can generously describe as a dormant stage. Anyone who wishes to expand upon anything written here should feel free to do so!
