How do you quote other people in a bubble?

I can't work out how to cut and paste other people's quotes so they appear in a bubble. Please could somebody explain.

2 ways:-

1. reply with quote

2. Above on the reply you'll see a row of icons. Cut and paste the quite, then highlight it again (what you want to shift into the bubble) and click the last icon in the row - the one that will WRAP

Or you can type QUOTE=Person in brackets, then paste the Quote, and then end with /QUOTE, also in brackets. But if you use the Reply-with-Quote, it'll include a small link to the original quote.
