I might post Vin's story then get Ch.3 up (almost at the same time). If there are any items in the store you want, you can just tell me even if Ch.3's already started.

Leto's still interested in the raven cloak (or will be once she sees it again), and it might not hurt to top up her supply of bullets (just normal ones, not the special stuff) while she's at it.
Question -- if she were to use Artemis' arrow in a fight, inadvertently or otherwise, would it have any special effect?
EDIT: Another question -- is the wyvern-slayer badge's random effect permanent as of that first roll, or will it change if she takes it off at some point and puts it back on later?

Perm for that armor (I'll gray out the effect if the badge is removed); can roll for other armor.
It would have been a roar no matter what, but a higher number would have had Leto roar in human form. Basically, I think of an effect, and different ways for it to work. In a way, a 12 isn't far off from a 2. With beast-speaking, you just depend on the right animal for a good roar.

Any thoughts on that last PM I sent, about meshing my ideas re: Leto's backstory with yours? (Also, is the dream you sent supposed to take place during the day prior to the start of Ch. 3?)

Prior to the start of Ch.3.
You're underground all day with plans to travel by night, so you can assume the dream happened just before Midori tells you the sun has set.
Loki was involved, but there's also some info that was intentionally hidden. One way to not contradict you is this: Loki enhanced the effect, where prior to Loki, Leto still knew about her family and childhood and such. But since Loki was unable to get the info out of Leto that he wanted, he instead tried to enhance the effect so she can't remember anything of her past. Why he would do that I'll reveal later.

@Ireth, updated Leto so she has a raven cloak and five more bullets ($76). Artemis' arrow is made of pure silver. If there's more to it than being shiny, Leto can't tell. If she were to find other silver arrows, she's not sure if she could tell them apart. For now, Artemis' arrow is her only silver arrow, so it's very easy to distinguish from the others.
The reason Leto had 59 is because when Bridgette picked up her unconscious body, Leto dropped the bow and arrow she had ready. (Or one fell out of the quiver and the bow slid off Leto's shoulder, if you think Leto would have thought to put away her bow and arrow before beast-speaking.)

Leto's need to stay out of the sun for fear of being shot by Apollo is giving me some odd ideas. XD I wonder if people in ancient Greece who suffered from xeroderma pigmentosum (i.e. extreme sensitivity to the UV radiation in sunlight) were thought to have been cursed by Apollo?

I unlocked the threads because Ireth wants to post some of the scene (that I didn't narrate). The lock was mostly to call attention that you need to reply in the main thread to speak to NPCs.
That said, feel free to read each other's scenes anytime you want. Both played off of the dreams you were given between chapters. In fact, you are free to forward the dreams to each other if you think they're entertaining enough. I only post by PM in case you want to mention them in-game, and the other player can only form an interpretation of what the dream might mean based on limited information.
For example, Kell's first dream could mean Zeus will seduce her, or it could mean that her relationship with Vin will last: Vin will be an older man while she is still a nymph with the body of a ~20-year-old. The thunder of course plays off the fear that it's Zeus, but maybe Kell just heard Leto fall off the bed and that made a thunder sound in the dream.

I wonder, do the bonuses I get from magical items and elemental spells stack up? Say, the +2 to arrow-shooting rolls while I'm in Stealth rolls, thanks to the Silent Serpent; would that add two arrows to a use of Heaven's Arrow?

You have 2d6 for magic, but you can roll the +2 and still fire several arrows at once.
I might end up posting Aphrodite tomorrow. You really will get the reward before the "boss" in this chapter. Aphrodite agreed to meet with Kell, and Nyse is a safe place as long as no one is trying to steal your boyfriend.

Yeah, we do need to get that message to Artemis, unless Aphrodite has already taken care of it. We can make that the first thing we ask her when we see her and find out.

Oh, and Ireth, FYI, I saw you make the change from Leto to Sigrlinn when you make your posts and you are referring to her by the new name, but you've not yet come out and said in game to Kell, "Oh, by the way, I remember my real name now and it's Sigrlinn." I've been referring to your character as "her friend" (meaning Kell's friend) while awaiting an introduction of the new name, but I'm thinking either you just forgot, or you have some master plan in mind and are waiting to divulge the name on purpose. At any rate, I was mostly just wondering what I should be calling her now that you're referring to her by the new name.

Kell can feel free to keep using the name Leto until Sigrlinn reveals her real name. I didn't forget, and I don't have a master plan in mind; I was just waiting for an opportunity for Sigrlinn to bring it up. Maybe Kell wonders why Sigrlinn woke up crying and what she dreamed about?

I'll narrate her as Sigrlinn once she calls herself that in-game. Basically as a reminder that if you're not Sigrlinn, you still think of her as Leto.

Something I thought I'd share right quick is the mental image I have for Kell. Well, sorta, anyway. This isn't the best picture of her, but if you imagine silver hair worn in a bun and getting rid of the goofy crown, it's definitely close to the face I see for Kell in my mind's eye. It's a mermaid character from a game I've played - appropriate to the new form she'll have if she masters water one day, though I'd dress her in different colors than what's shown here. Enjoy!
