I find it amusing that the linked magazine thinks Pixiv is an artist. This is equivalent to a Japanese magazine referencing an American artist named Deviantart.

Cute pics! I've never even considered the concept of a baby chimera before.

P.S. According to the comments in the link, that weird-looking "hippogriff" is actually supposed to be a cockatrice. I guess that makes more sense.
