@Ireth - I'm glad it is working out for you! I like Ubuntu for its relative ease of use.

@LS - I'll have to check when I get home tomorrow. I'm on the road, and don't have his character sheet in front of me (need to take my own advice and put it on Google Drive), so I erred on the side of less.

Well, I though maybe you didn't err.

I can see by his damage roll he's level 3 with +3 STR. That would make his charge +3+2+2, so there has to be a +1 for the eighth bonus point. I've been wondering what Iron Fist does since it's description says it makes an unarmed attack equal to a +1 magic weapon. I thought maybe that's where the +1 comes from… and then that would pretty much answer my question about Baldy's next skill.

It was two years ago today that the action began on the sleek ship Bladnir. Since then you've explored ruins, done deals with demons, and saved villages from (and had help from) gnolls among many, many other cool things. Congrats guys. It takes a lot of staying power to keep a play-by-post game alive this long. Here's hoping there's many more adventures to come!

Hey cats...I got back from holiday travels this weekend and have been catching up on work. I'm working on an update that I'd like to have up tonight (although today is my birthday and I'm going to dinner, so we'll see what time I get in). Tomorrow morning at the latest and then back to regular updates.

I hope everyone enjoyed the holidays and 2015 is off to a good start for you all!

Found a new campaign site.
I don't think it will work for DE, but maybe someone else can use it somewhere else.
d20: 7 this is what the roll would look like, no comfirmation. So not as good as the ones we use. (rolz and Unseen servant.)

I set up Aliron, seems slow and difficult, at least on my computer at work.

The part where you adjust skills based on gender is interesting:
Choose a gender and adjust your abilities as follows:
Male: choose one:
+1 STR, -1 to any other, OR
-1 CHA, +1 to any other​
Female: choose one:
+1 CHA, -1 to any other, OR
-1 STR, +1 to any other​

…

For humans…increase the track of any skill that’s a N, L, or M (i.e., can’t go aboveH).

At first I thought this system wussified Baldhart, but it doesn't. Baldhart could have high charisma and low dexterity, then as a human, she gets to increase a skill (STR!). STR and CON are lumped together, so yay for her.

I know the +1 is different from the "change M to H," but if I were to use this system, I'd simplify it more. As it is, C&C is actually simpler in terms of character creation. I do appreciate the thought put into this "Easy d20" system though.

As for rolling… yeah, I'll just stick to rolz. Old rolz. There's a new one being beta tested, but so far, it lack options that were available in old rolz, including one I need to use the monk's stun skill: the # note. At least I assume I need to roll "1d20+bonuses #STUN" for the play-by-post version of announcing the stun before rolling.
