Keeping Track of Characters

With XP/Level gains, equipment and wealth, &c., and the nature of forums, where posts of character info get buried or superceded by later posts, I'm trying to come up with a way where I can quickly find up to date info on the PCs.

Anyone here use Google Drive, and if so what do you think of the idea of posting your character info in Google Drive and sharing it with me? Whenever your pertinent information changes, you simply edit the document in Google Drive and whenever I access it I have an up to date character sheet

Haha, I can imagine how hard is for you to keep track of everything! I'm okay with this idea, it's pretty good actually. Something that always bothered me here is the unability to edit posts after a while, so every character update creates a new messy pile of posts haha.

You can share with my Google account. The name is rskimsey. I don't know if you have to use my full gmail email address with that, or just the username.

If you have a Google account you should be able to access it. Not a download, just something you access via browser. Formerly called Google Docs, but now it is all Google Drive I believe.

I found the "go to my drive"
and got the alert "can't access this website-personal storage"

But should be able to do it at home.

Damn day jobs! They fill our wallets, but to they have to suck up so much time?

I need to figure out how this Google drive works. I have DropBox on my computer at home. Is it the same idea, when I install it then don't have to think?--just drop stuff into a folder and it's shared?

You can either upload stuff or create a new document then share it with any google user.
