tips for in media res

so my current plot that I'm toying around with, I've played at many p.o.v.'s and such. Now however, thinking that in media res is the way to go. Never used this particular technique before and was wondering if anyone had pointers for the best execution.

Not really a POV but a problem of telling a story out of sequence. I would have to write the story out chronologically and then reorder the sequences, filling in the connecting pieces. Not a style I would want to write.
