The Very Best Cover Artists

Do you think that there are cover artists out there, who are so good, or so well known, that their work helps sell the book or has collector value?

If so who do you think they are (the live ones anyways)?

I don't know about "best", but a personal favorite (by far) is Kinuko Y. Craft. Beautiful, intricate work I definitely think readers would pick up books with her artwork solely for the artwork (then they'd realize the books are good, too).
