Inking should be interesting. My computer froze (thank God I saved my work to upload progress here!), so now I need to work around the grid when I ink/color.

I'll create a new file for the other three characters.

Okay... it's New Year's Eve, so I'm going to be smart and just stop at avatars. If you're cool with the faces, I may draw a scene every so often.

Here's the line art for the new avatars. I drew it (pencil + ink) during Sabina's (my 3-yr-old) ballet session and just scanned it. I'm not sure how far I can get with this today, so just in case, I'm showing what I've got now.

Of course they will be colored.

I like then all, but Matthew's is terrific, charging into the fray and all that. Rydh's armor looks cool too. Can't wait to see it in color.

If I can make a request for the Garthyr avatar, could you give him a hood/cloak (that is up) and a crossbow? I think it is so cool how you are doing these!

Thanks. I'll see what I can do about the crossbow. (What I mean is that even if I draw it, it may get cut off when I frame the avatar. Like my barbarian's sword. You'll probably see very little of the blade.) But I'll definitely work the hood/cloak in.

I think I have a good pose with the crossbow close enough to the head that it would look good as an avatar. Let's see how good that looks when I get to drawing it…!

That's probably best. You're making our avatars distinct, so it's no big deal.

I like how you colored Baldhart. Viceral. Sweet.

I simplified the avatars. The bloody Baldhart won't look so detailed once it's shrunk, so there's no sense in doing them all like that. I drew 4 head shots, so new characters are ready to scan and color. (Phil's is the best one!) Drawing the other 4 tonight or during my daughter's ballet class. Hope to scan/color this weekend.
