What do you mean exactly by posting a whole world??
If you want to share loads of information about your world and discover what others think about it, try with Brainstorming & Planning. In case you have questions about how to build or create some aspect of your world then go for World Building, and if you want to post your entire story or just part of it, I suggest the Showcase =)
