Fantasy Anthology Recommendations?

So I've got it into my head that I'm going to write a short story, and of the many obstacles in my way of doing that is that I really don't have much exposure to short stories. Really the only things I've read are The Bone Forest by Robert Holdstock, Book of Enchantments by Patricia C. Wrede, and an anthology about wizards that I can't remember the name of and wasn't too keen on so I didn't even finish it. So as you can see my experience with short stories is extremely lacking.

Anyone have some good recommendations? I'm looking for fantasy, preferably anthologies by multiple authors, but if there's an author you really love who wrote a collection of short stories feel free to recommend that as well.

I can't think of many fantasy short story anthologies, but check out the more popular tales by O. Henry; short stories being an art form of brevity and delivery, you can gain some great reading, hilarity and inspiration while learning some of the mechanics that go into it. Very interested to see other's recommendations. :)

Well, of course the Iron Pen Anthology, written by authors from our site! If you want to read tons of short stories, look no further than our MS Challenges section, because there are crap loads of shorts up there, and some of them are truly excellent!
