episodic short story series guide

is there any guide how to write and organize serialized short story in episodic structure i am dyslexic and need guidance in this matter

I have used two books (below) for guidance and learning, but they do not specifically go into depth about episode writing. You could search online for guides but I think that it will be down to your creativity, to create a storyline and develop appropriate episode divisions. Apparently Charles Dickens was pretty much the originator of the kind of fiction you want to undertake.
