City and settlement origin claims.

The city is in the Southeast (moved from Southwest) and the settlement is on the North shores.

Would any islands like to claim origins of either one? I'll write the people so they're fairly similar in names of areas.

@Ravana: if you were still looking to make a people from far away, maybe they could have settled my North shore?

Naah, I've got the big empty spot in the middle of the southern island now. Maybe I'll try lands across the sea some other day. ;)

In case you forgotten since [hell, it was a while ago we mentioned this], I'm still interested in your southern city being at one time or another a colony of Oberyth [like the name of my nation? hehe] Now of course, you can have them as seperatist or as loyal or any number of centuries after denouncing the rule of Oberyth, it doesn't really bother me, but definitely I think from the proximity of your island to at lest part of the coastal regions of the three areas of emporor island it make sense to be one of us in the south.

Maybe, heh.

My question is this; once you have a nation as the origin of one of your main areas of civilization, what kind of baring will this have on your people? I guess what Im saying is do you intend for them to be alike, similar, very unique? I was just curious. Your island you can pretty much do what you like, right? Basically how much do you want this "link" to effect our two nations?

Ah yeah! I couldn't remember why I changed the site of the city so it was nearer of you. Well, as for the link it causes, before the loss of one of our moons, we had a city much like those you see in 311. After quakes levelled all we ever knew, besides our temple, we took it as a sign that the gods weren't happy with our way of life. Instead of rebuilding a city, we helped to nurture the land back to health.

I'm not exactly sure if your people are a conquering type or give new nations you run into a chance to side with you, but my people are accepting of all cultures. They've seen settlers come and go, but your people decided to stick around. Though not as large as their old city, Ful Aem, Staccoy is thriving. It is still being built up, as it was founded roughly 150 years ago. Some of the natives went and joined Staccoy's population. Others settled near the temple of Ful Aem, so as to be closer to their gods. The rest saw themselves as tools for the gods. They kept the vows of their fathers to keep their island healthy.

That's rough, but hopefully it helps get a fair understanding of my people. We are a gods-fearing/loving people. After many centuries at Ful Aem, the cataclysm in the heavens scattered the people of the city into tribes. There have been scuffles, but only at the worst of times. We are used to settlers coming and going, none ever cared to stay, until Staccoy.
