I've been working with an artist to provide some art to go along with the short stories I've been writing.

I got my first scan today for "Day Job", which I was happy with.

Commissioned directly, and the cost is $50.

Full disclosure: the artist actually works for my wife and has done projects for me in the past.

The $50 is him reading the story, coming up with a few rough sketches, sending them to me, me asking him to make changes, agreeing on one then him doing the final draft/coloring.
