Yeah I love all that stuff, I'm writing a fantasy/steampunk novel at the minute, combining my two favourite subjects

Steampunk, eh? Very cool! The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen is one of my favorite graphic novels and movies of all time.

I noticed that in the pic you're wearing a uniform. Are you in the military there? I spent 13 years in the US Marine Corps and Army and worked extensively with both the Royal Marines and the SAS, mainly in the Middle East, most recently in 2005.
I have a lot of respect and admiration for them, and am a huge fan of the UK in general...
