I saw both the Kingkiller books from Rothfuss and the Night Angel trilogy from Weeks mentioned...I loved the two Kingkiller books and am eagerly awaiting the third, though I agree that the second one was a bit slower. Still, there is something about the way he writes that really draws me in...
