Oh my god, Lothar apparently smells like goose down and integrity. The funny thing is that he might smell like integrity, if that was ...a thing you could smell. As for the goose down, maybe I'll have to put him in a puffy jacket for the rest of his scenes. Love it.

This is a voluntary cave experience/reclusion from society, La Volpe! Basically the same as a spa health retreat. Just with more dirt, moss, and crawly things in your hair.

I hadn't even thought of the cave friends! Bats are pretty cute, in my opinion. It's just an alluring idea, isn't it... A nice dark, damp, quiet cave, never have to get up again, just watch the weather go by... I think I have an idea for a vacation.

As random thoughts go...today my brain brought up how lovely it would be if my existence was scraped from the mind of everyone who ever knew me & I was left in peace to rot in a cave, which...while impractical, is a nice concrete image and makes for something of a story prompt. Can't say...

I agree with Skip's advice: you need to spend time and writing on this character, let her emerge as a human being. It's a good instinct on your part to avoid the flat "cowed" or "rebellious" characterizations not only because they're cliche but because of how negatively they interact with race...
