I've been a writer for about a decade now, but I never really got around to finishing a story, haha. It's because every time I start I end up getting overwhelmed with ideas and get caught up with little details. I also really liked seeing my ideas in the open more, so I ended up switching gears to making RPGs!

Making the games themselves are fun, but I really love coming up with the story behind it. And when I write a story for a game I like to go all in and start from scratch, so I like to do a lot of worldbuilding. My ideas get a little too grand in scope for just the simple program I use (RPG Maker) and I end up stopping, but I'm definitely going to finish one some day. I'm working on a project right now that's in the pre-dev stage, so I'm making sure everything is near perfect before I hop back into the program.
