It depend on the dinosaur in question. Considering crocodiles taste like chicken, I think at least Theropods might taste like avian meat, as well.as pterosaurs. However, Hadrosaurs, Ceratopsians or Sauropods could taste at least somewhat differently.

Well of coarse! I mean, Tolkien based some stuff on the Bible, and in the Epic of Beowulf, neither of whicgh exist in Middle-earth.
