'Soul Reapers' are the keepers of the Dakarai Souls. They are carnivorous, violent horses that thrive in the thick marshy swamplands. They guard the temples of the Goddess Moranna. Dakarai containing the blood of the original 13 Dakarai each have a soul reaper. If a Dakarai dies, they are reborn into a new body. If the Reaper is Killed, the soul along with both physical bodies are destroyed.
